Introduction

Formaldehyde is a colourless, water-soluble & pungent odor flammable gas. Formalin solution that is used in pathology laboratories contains 40% formaldehyde. If the formalin solution is exposed to air, it evaporates as formalin fumes. It can cause serious health effects if the concentration is high, and long term exposure can even cause cancer.

This device monitors the formalin fumes concentration in your pathology laboratory and displays the real time value in ppm (parts per million).It also has automatic data logging and built in storage to store more than a million data points. It has inbuilt wifi to access the data log from any wifi enabled device.
